Course on Estonian culture „Live the Lives of Estonians“ In English

Estonian National Museum (ENM) invites you to Estonian culture course.
September 27 – October 11, 2022. We will meet five times at the museum (Muuseumi tee 2, Tartu). The course is free of charge and gives you the opportunity to get to know Tartu and Estonia.

You are welcome to join if you wish to know more about Estonian:
- history and identity,
- culture,
- language,
- music,
- nature and
- peculiarities of everyday life.
The participants attending at least 80% of the course will get a certificate and/or two credit points for universities (HVFI.TK.038).
Program:
Tuesday, September 27, from 16 to 19.30: Who or what is an Estonian?
Saturday, October 1, from 13 to 16.30: Are the Estonians people of nature? Movie.
Tuesday, October 4, from 16 to 19.30: Estonian language is interesting.
Saturday, October 8, from 13 to 16.30: People and state. Movie, discussion.
Tuesday, October 11 from 16 to 19.30: Baking bread together. Music: from folk to pop.
- The course days begin with coffee break, in addition to the visits to exhibitions we will watch and discuss movies, bake bread and taste food.
